AMBITIOUS have proudly been supporting CBRE Bristol since 2016.
Offering a wide range of property consultancy services, the Bristol office covers a vast area of the UK across the South of England and Wales including Gloucester, Cardiff and Cornwall.
With a team of 50 staff and a number of departments needing external communications support, AMBITIOUS was tasked with developing a programme and a process to help position the Bristol team as one of the leading go-to property experts in the region.
We have developed a focussed programme of PR activity that works hard across the region to raise awareness of CBRE Bristol’s leadership, capabilities and sector expertise: ensuring that the team and the brand has a share of voice within the region’s property sector.
We put a spotlight on CBRE’s core values as an employer: the initiatives it’s creating to support young talent and the strong leadership team in Bristol. We also focus attention on CBRE’s full-service offering and the success it delivers for clients.
Planned monthly, campaign activity centres around:
- Earned media relations across business titles and property press, regionally and nationally
- Social media planning and management
- Video content – from storyboarding, filming to production: published on social channels including LinkedIn
- Internal communications to ensure regional success stories are shared within the group
We have also developed a LinkedIn training programme to onboard the use of LinkedIn across the team.
Widespread media coverage, brand profile in property features, topical comment from the leadership team around industry issues secured in target titles and engaging content produced for social channels that has supported business lead enquiries are some of the campaign highlights for our work with CBRE.
