LINKEDIN FOR FREELANCERS: FREELANCE FUTURES

We had great feedback from our first Freelance Futures networking session.

We’ve listened and are pleased to announce a new LinkedIn for Freelancers workshop next month.

Our own Lis Anderson and Liz Gadd, Recruiter are running another Freelance Futures workshop on Friday 12th May 2017. The cost for this workshop will be £25.00 plus VAT per person, and we can only take up to 15 people, so book quickly if you are interested!

There is a saying in business that your network is your net worth, nowhere is this truer than for freelancers. The session will give you a sack full of practical tips to help sustain and grow your business thanks to LinkedIn expert and AMBITIOUS consultant Greg Cooper, who’ll be hosting this interactive workshop.

We’ll be at Bakesmiths again for meet and greet, coffee/tea and breakfast from 8.45 am to 9.30 am. Our brilliant speaker will start at 9.30 am and the presentation will last until 11.30 am. You’ll need to bring a laptop so you can access your own LinkedIn profile to fully understand all the information and tools with which you will be provided.

From 11.30 to 12.00 we’ll have a Q&A session based on best practice and use of LinkedIn in the creative sector, and advice and tips from Lis and myself about how it’s worked for us over the years.

LinkedIn is a shop window for your professional skills. Not only does it allow you to showcase your expertise, it provides you with a powerful tool for finding, winning, and keeping customers – a unique and opportunity rich networking database with over 290,000 members in Bristol alone.

This interactive session will look at:

– How to turn your profile into a customer magnet
– How to find and connect with your target audience
– How to keep your name in front of people even when you’re busy
– How to run online conversations into offline opportunities

Contact [email protected] if you’d like to reserve a place. We will then send you an invoice, payment of which will secure your place.

Hope to see you there!
