AMBITIOUS at #FoSB

DID YOU CATCH US AT THE FESTIVAL?

We’re AMBITIOUS, the strategic communications partner for organisations seeking to influence industry conversation and create impact that goes beyond profit.

We loved being back for another year at the Festival of Sustainable Business, here’s some of what we got up to!

THE WORKSHOP

Greenwashing: What Businesses Need to Know, co-delivered by AMBITIOUS and Burges Salmon, explored the growing regulatory and reputational risks businesses face when sustainability claims don’t stack up. We unpacked common pitfalls, recent enforcement trends, and the legislative picture.

THE PANEL

Engaging Across the Divide to Drive Impact explored the tensions and polarities in climate action, offering strategies for listening, bridging divides, and fostering collaboration. Attendees gained tools to engage more effectively across sectors, ideologies, and stakeholder groups.

GREENWASHING: WHAT DO BUSINESSES NEED TO KNOW?

There are considerable and growing legal risks associated with greenwashing, and the reputational risks have already played out for many companies.

Greenhushing is the flipside of this, where businesses keep quiet on their sustainability activity due to a fear of backlash.

However, frameworks like the Green Claims Code can be viewed not as a trap, but as a route to gaining competitive advantage.

Fill in the form below to receive our tips for authentic, and greenwash-free, communications, based on our workshop with Burges Salmon.
