The CIPR Pride Awards 2017 recently celebrated the most successful and effective campaigns from the past year and we’re loving the Gold award.
Team AMBITIOUS picked up the Gold Award for Best Event of the Year for it’s work in bringing Social Media Week to Bristol on behalf of Bristol Media – beating off stiff competition from PR agencies and in-house PR teams from across the South of England and the Channel Islands.
Organised by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and taking place at the Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel, the PRide Awards recognise outstanding work in the PR sector. This year over 950 entries were submitted from public relations teams, consultancies and individuals across the UK. And, for fact fans that’s 337 companies, 604 campaigns, 114 teams, 48 individuals, 300 making the shortlist and70 judges across the UK analysing the entries.
Peer to peer recognition for our work is something we value, so we’re chuffed to bits and are now looking forward to bringing Social Media Week Bristol back in 2018.
