You are likely to be an experienced Account Manager ripe for promotion or a Senior Account Manager ready to flex their skills in a new setting.
We are currently looking for a professional with a background and grounding in PR. You may also have experience in other areas of communications but you have a solid 3-5 years experience in PR.
We’d like to find an all-rounder. Someone who has had experience across consumer, corporate and b2b sectors. However for us, it’s not so much about the past and more about your willingness to embrace new sectors and get stuck in.
You’ll be skilled at all or at least have a working knowledge of some of the following:
- Strategy & planning
- Media and blogger relations (essential)
- Social media management, content marketing
- Strategic partnerships
- Internal communications
- Influencer and stakeholder engagement
- Issues and crisis management
In a nutshell, the role includes:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Running PR programmes of existing retainer and project clients and developing new programmes as needed
- Flexibility and bravery to change course of action and strategy as needed
- The skills to develop and grow clients
- Confidence to inject fresh thinking or recommend efficient ways to do business
- Opportunity to get involved in new business process
- Opportunity to be involved in shaping the agency and get front line exposure to growing and running a business
- Budget management
Role: This role is advertised as a full-time office based position but we are flexible and happy to hear your ideas around a mix of remote and office based work, flexible hours, 4 days a week or a 9-day fortnight. Lovely offices in Redland, Bristol.
Salary: Competitive. Incentives and bonuses offered for new business leads you bring into the agency.
Holiday: 25 days a year plus bank holidays
